It enhances the appearance and ensures consistency in size, which is especially important for packaging and consumer satisfaction. Chana Dal (split chickpeas) is an essential ingredient in making authentic and tasty dishes, commonly used in curries, salads, soups and various Dal preparations. They give a pleasant and mild aroma. We’re committed to consistent quality, taking special care to select only high-quality pulses according to their colour, size and texture. Because our Desi remains unprocessed, its naturally high protein, fibre, iron, phosphorus and calcium content skyrockets, plus we do not add artificial preservatives or additives like some other brands do, making them a nutritious choice; they’re also vegan and vegetarian. TRS Brown Chickpeas are exceptionally versatile: they can be used in curries, soups and salads. They can be stewed with meats like lamb and fish.
